Supplementary to established courses, our team of experts also offer on site consultancy support to companies and individuals, to help you maximise your business to its full potential, often used at acquisition, design and refurbishment, pre and post investment, or as part of an overall business health check. This real help at the ‘coal-face’ has provided actual (and profitable) benefit to a number of our retailers in a wide range of outlets.
What we do:
- An honest appraisal of your current business operations with relevant ideas, suggestions, and recommendations to improve the business proposition
- Visit your premises and spend the day with you looking at any areas and aspects of your business that you feel require additional support. This way we can focus on what really matters to you.
- We also provide a simple to read report with suggestions and recommendations provided to move the business forward.
- Some of our clients have also used this opportunity to address staff meetings and training e.g. a high street business client of ours started the day with a staff meeting, followed by a customer service training session, a review on operating standards and merchandising, and followed by a full review of the business, with many changes made whilst the visit was in progress.
