Summary:

The ACSE(LH) is aimed at front line staff in licensed hospitality venues, the qualification gives candidates the knowledge and skills that they need to deliver quality service, on time every time. The qualification introduces the concept of the customer “service journey”, moments of truth and building rapport with customers, all of which focus candidates on the fact that delivering service excellence is an ongoing process throughout the customer’s visit.
